BOX was established by seasoned industry professionals, with over 50 years of combined industry experience, who understand the opportunities and challenges of today’s deregulated energy environment.
Chief Executive Officer
Arthur was the CFO and a Member of Hudson Energy, the commercial division of Just Energy, playing a key role in its acquisition by Just Energy in 2010. Arthur is a CPA having held roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Marks Paneth LLP, prior to joining Hudson.
Benji was the Director of Channel Partner Managers at AP Gas & Electric for 3 years, as well as a Senior Manager at First Choice Power prior to its acquisition by Direct Energy for 7 years. Benji is an expert in establishing and expanding indirect sales channels for retail energy.

Lauren has been a key player at BOX since its inception, having held numerous roles in Account Management and Business Development. Lauren possesses exceptional talent in developing growth sales strategies, achieving financial targets, and building relationships.
Chief Technology Officer
Raphi has more than 20 years of experience building, leading and supporting Technology Teams including at Hudson, Just and Major Energy. His vast experience in technology and software development continues to allow BOX be an industry leader in energy software.
Director of Operations
Jason brings a big-picture view to BOX, focusing on mid- and back-office operational improvements and efficiencies. Jason has decades of experience in various segments of the energy industry including 17 years with large national suppliers such as Direct Energy, Hudson Energy, and North American Power.
