We were founded in 2013 to help energy brokers streamline sales and break new ground in today’s ever-changing, deregulated energy market.
Our company started with a revolutionary network connecting North America’s top energy suppliers and its finest brokers. We then added our world-class support team and our state-of-the-art proprietary energy broker software and energy broker marketing kit that allows brokers to instantly access pricing and gain the backing of skilled industry experts, allowing them to close deals faster and easier than ever before.

When an energy broker needs money, information, or connections, we take care of them. We enable energy broker consultants to spend more time focusing on customers and less time worrying about business administration and finance. If an energy broker is licensed in some states but missing out on opportunities in others, we provide an energy broker license that allows energy brokers to help their customers without the hassle of getting licensed in those states.
Referral partners can benefit from BOX through our robust energy referral program. It’s easy to provide an existing customer base, business colleagues, and associates with up-to-date energy pricing with BOX as a partner. You just make the introduction and we’ll do all the work in helping your referral satisfy their energy needs. You collect residual income for as long as the customer uses the energy. You’ll also earn residual income on referrals made by your referrals!

Arthur Gruen
Chief Executive Officer
Arthur was the CFO and a Member of Hudson Energy, the commercial division of Just Energy, playing a key role in its acquisition by Just Energy in 2010. Arthur is a CPA having held roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Marks Paneth LLP, prior to joining Hudson.
Benji Coomer
Vice President
Benji was the Director of Channel Partner Managers at AP Gas & Electric for 3 years, as well as a Senior Manager at First Choice Power prior to its acquisition by Direct Energy for 7 years. Benji is an expert in establishing and expanding indirect sales channels for retail energy.
Lauren Bailey
Director of Sales
Lauren has been a key player at BOX since its inception, having held numerous roles in Account Management and Business Development. Lauren possesses exceptional talent in developing growth sales strategies, achieving financial targets, and building relationships.
Scott Ebeling
Director of Price Structuring & Alternative Services
Scott has over two decades of experience serving multiple leadership roles within the energy industry as a head trader, sales manager and most recently building out the products offering and structuring at MidAmerican Energy Services. Scott brings a large amount of energy industry and market knowledge and is highly creative in developing effective customer solutions.
Anthony Magnanti
Director of Affiliate Partnerships
Anthony is a 12 year veteran in the retail energy space. Having held management positions at Direct Energy, marketing firms, and community solar companies, Tony understands all aspects of the energy world. Anthony manages both the affiliate and affinity channels for Broker Online Exchange.

Raphi has more than 20 years of experience building, leading and supporting Technology Teams including at Hudson, Just and Major Energy. His vast experience in technology and software development continues to allow BOX be an industry leader in energy software.
